I see a huge improvement from the initial release. Just these two images make it much more aesthetically pleasing. The only thing that still annoys me a bit is that you have a lot of grammar/syntax mistakes. I understand that probably english isn't your mother language, but proper expression is key. If you want, i can rewrite some parts to sound a bit better (i don't mean to offend you or anything, i just want to help you because i see you have potential).

I like it, similar to my AP Singed guide. It could use some more images, and you might want to check your grammar and syntax again. I prefer flat armor seals and mres/lvl glyphs, but i guess your layout works too. If you take ghost, put a point in Summoner's wrath and 3 in mental force. It would also help if you went a little more in depth in your chapters, explain his abilities, his early/mid/late game course, and possible opponents that you need to be careful of.
