yo dude i have been trying a build like that thses days , but klepto with resolve secondry and celietal body u start the game with bonus 345 hp and u can survive any lane , u go normal tristana build as it's cheaper ie+shive +rfc
once u get only ie and shive u start doing massive damage it's absured
i also get futur markt cuz it's so good

Imo, all tanks matchup toplane are super easy during early game but when your opponent starts to buy armor or hp it's harder and harder for you to kill him.
That's why I advise to play it vs bruiser champ and to be super aggressive during early game. Vs a tank matchup, you have to roam after 15min or you'll be useless.
I'll maybe change the kit with more dmg items.
