As someone who mains AP Nidalee Mid Lane this is very interesting for me.

I generally like the idea of going flat AP and maxing the heal first. The sustain you get early game is very strong vs. the most toplaners, since they are strong early game too.
Despite most other top lanes Nidalee is ranged, so you can actually use the attack speed buff in lane efficient.
I like the idea and that your point out the difference between mid and top.

2 things:

1.
Make the **** bigger. Bigger and Bigger. This is way to less. Go into detail, and your thoughts and your experience will make even the little details interesting.

2.
Why no tear? Why no Seraph's Embrace? Your idea is to max Spear second and go sustain early. The tear gives mana for sustain and AP when your Spear is maxed as Seraph's Embrace.

1. i will, i was rushed while making this guide; but im gonna keep expanding on it shortly.

2. tear is a waste of gold. period. sure the mana is useful, but not really... if you take a dorans ring and continue to farm, and not waste mana on much but your 'E', you wont run out before level 6, and also you wont have to base for a tear. once you are level 6, you are a cougar and dont need the mana so a tear wouldve been a waste anyways.
