Constructive Criticism
Verdict:
Uh well, that was short. Good explanations though. Perhaps expand a bit on laning/jungling with Nidalee, do's and dont's. Throw spear everywhere? Last hit with spear? Plant tons of bushwhacks in bush? Stay all the time in cougar form?
Head on down to My Review thread If you want to have some more comments on your build or if you want to discuss it some more :D
You don't need rageblade, but if you're getting one you should get it early. It's not as effective late game and harder to keep stacks up because most of your time in teamfights is spent in human.
Rageblade is really ususally built on nidalee because she can keep it maxed, and because she is usually used in push comps and it really helps her tower killing speed.
I know that... I'm just saying that the couple of times that I've decided to not build it I've done well, and I think it might not necessarily be a Core Item on her. Anyway, I might remake mi guide after some thorough testing.
I never suggest Abyssal Scepter. I never ever get that item. I added it as a situational item.
What is it you mean by Lich Bane's internal CD? That part of your comment is a bit vague. What I mean is that in order to maximize your Damage Output as cougar you W > Auto Attack > E > Auto Attack > Q. This is what I do when I'm soloing Dragon or getting any of the buffs, and it really boosts your damage.
As for Guinsoo's, I've been running a couple of games without it to see if it is really necessary. I might just have it as a situational item because so far I've been doing OK good without it.

Also, you say Frozen Heart is so bad, but you suggest a Abyssal Scepter. If your guide is centered around javelin why would you ever take an abyssal scepter? You shouldn't be close enough for the aura to be used, if you need MR just get a BV.
In addition, your cougar tips don't make sense. Obviously W -> E -> Q, but I really hope you aren't suggesting that you wait for lichbane's internal cd to reset. Gotta W-> E-> Q-> then W away into human and heal -> auto attack once -> spear chuck.
To end, your build sequence should get a Guinsoo earlier if you're going to get one. It's a much stronger early game item than late game. It will give you a lot more pushing power and make your early game stronger.
Clearly you're just trolling and being mad so wtv.

Getting a Lichbane before Deathcap
I don't have to read your guide or try it, clearly it's bad and doesn't work.
