I don't have much to say about this being a guide it is only just a build which I use... =] All I know is that it kicks *** and so does her French Maid Nidalee skin. Enjoy it ^.^

Nidalee has pretty good map control if traps are placed in the right places... Personally I prefer this champion in 3v3s due to being able to heal your team mates most of the time and all the bushes can be trapped and many ganks can be avoided and some damage can be dealt... When avoiding ganks if you can bring your team, bring it, the damage the traps deal is not high but it still initiates so go for it - cougar form and own... That's Nidalee in my eyes... Again this is not much of a guide but some ideas are given.

+ Good heal
+ Awesome passive for chasing and running away
+ Cougar spells have low cooldown and no mana/energy/health required
+ Sexy as hell
+ Long range spear
+ Traps ruin enemies - especially their ganks
+ Sexy voice
+ Cleans up minion waves especially in cougar form - good jungle too
+ Awesome burst damage
+ Good map control - if good usage of traps
+ Can pounce away from some ganks
+ Can heal before Requiem and save lives
+ Good survivability if used well

- Squishy at moments
- Spear throw is slow - easy escapes
- Runs low on mana - no heal
- Can't initiate in a lot of fights
- Requires some skill - maybe just a little ;)
