Introduction

This is my build for nidalee. I build her so that she has sustain in lane and so that her spears will hurt if you land them.

Masteries

For Masteries I go 21-1-8 taking basic ap Masteries in offense, improved clarity in defense and improved flash and mana regen in utilities.

Items

For nidalee I tried a few builds out and this one worked the best for me. It gives good sustain in lane and some very painful spears mid game.

Summoner Spells

For summonses spells I take flash and celerity. Flash can help you escape or secure a kill while clerity allows you to stay in lane longer.

Summary

My build for nidalee sacrifices early damage for early to mid game sustain. Once you start building your rabadons deathcap is when you will start to hurt. Her team fight potential isn't very great but you can poke the enemy's hp down easily with your spears.
