I went ahead and tried this guide out, and so far it's been a great help. I got a 12/7/15 and then an 11/4/6 in Twisted Treeline, so this guide does something right. The only person that's given me trouble so far is an Amumu with Thornmail, but everyone else was pretty much dead as soon as I feared them. I didn't use Ghost since Nocturne already has a skill that acts like a kind of Ghost for him, so I went for Ignite instead, which has helped me grab quite a few kills that I otherwise wouldn't have gotten. Other than that, this has been a pretty good guide so far, and I plan on testing it out some more.

UPDATE: I joined a game, had to restart my computer due to an error, and emerged from the battle with a 7/5/5 whilst being 2 levels higher than both of my team members. This build is extremely helpful for 3v3.
