Nice.. Mr. zero posts chimes in and yea, this build is fine. Building Noc kind of tanky is pretty useful now days. If you are dominating, getting a BF sword early would work. Obviously, one could go IE and then Tri-Force, but I like the stats, proc and really everything about it. Great item on Noc, who is pretty hard to escape from anyways.

Glad you guys like it. I always end up with good scores using this build and being a jungler makes it easy to gank, since they never know when or where to expect you. Noc is also a good carry in addition to assassin.

Nice build! I like the way you integrate tankiness in the earlier items. My biggest problem on him was dying quickly.

The reason I put in boots of speed is that your first port, you'll have enough money for cloth armor and 1 health pot. On your second, you'll kill blue golem, wolves, wraiths, double golem then port back. After the 2nd port, you won't have enough money yet for Madred's Razor, but you should have about 450g, which will buy you some boots of speed and a few health pots. After that, you kill red golem and start ganking and when you gate back next, you should have enough for Wriggle's Lantern. I don't buy Mercury's Treads until I have Wriggles and The Brutalizer. Then I'll get upgraded boots and work on Trinity Force.

As for the runes, I use those because it's the same rune page I use for a couple of champs and since Noc is so squishy, I like the 30 MR late game. If I had attack speed glyphs, I'd probably use them instead. I don't generally have many mana problems as I tend to have the blue buff most of the time. But as I mentioned in the rune section, runes are kind of like masteries and even boots. You can pretty much go with what makes you happy.

The real key is the overall jungle route, core items, skills and play style. This is just a baseline guide, made for each person to use as a tool to get an idea on how to work a build and play style, like all the mobafire builds really.

EDIT: Thanks for the heads up. I got to looking closer and realized I didn't have the Mercury Treads in there after The Brutalizer. I fixed that and also made some changes to the runes, so show several options.
