Thanks a lot man ^^ and for the masteries, i feel that those extra few magic resistance and amour make a huge difference. Obviously he will get focused and those extra few bits will literally save you! and with the CD vs attack speed runes thing, i did that so you could use Duskbringer more often. Especially useful when chasing (which is one of the main points of this build.) because noc is awesome at chasing and having that Q up a little earlier could make a kill. Thanks for all the help man :) and you sir have a rep point ^^

I would also suggest changing that 21/5/4 mastery build. If you want to use Greater Seal of Evasion, go 21/9/0 including 4/4 Evasion and Nimbleness (increased movement speed after dodging). You won't get improved Ghost, but you will have almost 10% dodge, which is also awesome.
I'm not a fan of dodge runes (I just don't like them, they are too expensive for me:P), so my masteries would be 21/0/9, but if you want dodge runes, it will be very good too! It's nice that you will show new way of chosing masteries (it's first build I see where they are not 21/0/9).
Btw. what do you think about Greater Glyph of Attack Speed instead of Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction? I don't want you to change them, you can just add them as an other option (but only if you think it might be a good idea).

Also you can check "Tools" in the toolbar and the top of the site (it's next to things like "home", "database", "forums" etc.). You can find Guide Help, Item Planner, Rune Planner and Mastery Planner there.
And if you want to add pictures to your guide... (the link I gave you shows how to put icons only) At the top of every chapter you have a toolbar with icons, like B, I, U, changing colours etc. There is also "Image [ctrl+i]" icon. Just click it and it will open a window where you have to paste link to the picture. (if u have it on your PC, upload it to sites like imageshack.us - this one worked, some of them don't work - pictures don't appear on ur guide afterwards, dunno why. Maybe my picture was just too big when I tried to use it for the first time).

Build looks solid, I would suggest changing Berserker's Greaves into Mercury's Treads. Your attack speed will be good enought and boots with CC reduction are veeeerrryyy important on Noc, due to lack of escape mechanisms. Another thing is survivability. You have no defensive item in your build (I know, you talked about Banshee's, but 90% on mobafire look only at the build on top and don't even read the description of the build). Maybe add some more situational items? Explain runes choices, masteries etc. And that point in Archaic Knowledge in offense tree... it depends, I would suggest to have 3/3 Lethality. But if you want that magic pen, switch 1 point from Brute Force to Lethality. 3,33% crit dmg > 1 attack damage. Also I prefer to have 3/3 Sunder. I would leave Brute Force with only 1 point. But it is up to you.
I would also add some pictures, for example items, summoner spells, use different colours etc. It makes it easier to read and remember what do you want to tell us. Also it just looks better and someone can like your build just because it's not only white text on black background.
Btw. advertising your own builds on mobafire is forbidden. Especially on other people's builds. I don't want to "punish" you or something like that, because I'd like to help if I could. Just wanted you to know it in the future. You don't want to get banned (or sth like that) for doing it several times, don't you? :P
Just like I said, build looks solid to me, be sure to work on the guide itself, just to make it look nicer and you will get +1 from me.
