Agreeing with NightHawk, SotD is not that great on Noc because he will benefit a LOT more from getting something with attack damage. Also, trinity force will not keep you alive. Even when ganking Noc can die in an instant without any defensive items. Yi/cait/olaf can easily break you down before your fear timer is up.

I would highly suggest getting something other then SotD on Noc. If you want AS then get PD, because as much as I hate it, it is a good item for Noc. If you want survivability then I wouldn't suggest getting a Stark's Either, I would suggest getting a Frozen Mallet or something along those lines...Stark's is only good if you have a good team and aren't squishy as ****. Which I might add with this build you are.
