1/24/2022 - Changed Imperial Mandate for Luden's Tempest.
2/24/2022 - Slight update for 12.4.
3/15/2022 - Added support synergies and a couple more threats. I don't play much Veigar APC anymore, but I'll still keep this guide up-to-date whenever major changes happen, as I do play other champions with similar builds.
5/16/2022 - Hopped back into Veigar APC and Midlane for a bit to update the guide. Seraph's Embrace is a super strong item. Item guide has been updated, new First Strike technology has been explained, the combo page has been updated slightly, and some grammatical errors were fixed.\
7/6/2022 - Big changes. Ever since the durability update, new builds have been working out. Changelogs listed below.

-updated boots to include ionians
-update to full build (horizon instead of seraphs)
-update to 3rd item options, adding Horizon Focus.
-added new tank veigar builds
-changed viable mythics to reflect current meta
runes
-electrocute and predator both had their tertiary rune in the main tree changed to ultimate hunter. The reasoning for this is the current state Veigar is in. Oneshots are harder now, but Veigar barely struggles to delete people in a single combo. Ultimate Hunter allows that one shot combo to be up faster.
-added Arcane Comet, as it's far more viable now than it once was
