i actualy disagree with you, i found this build on my own and love it with veiger any good veiger player would be able to stop the ganking, my last match i was 32/5/17
with 1.5k ap. i was either 1 shotting or 2 shotting EVERYTHING, if u play any hard carry like this correctly its not hard to completly dominate there team

the point of this is to maximize your ap output, the arch angles stack the reg passice 3%mana=ap.
then the amount of ap u grab from the arch is converted to 255 extra useing zhonays.

also useing zhonyas active effectivly you can save your self time and time agian.

Although I like the fact that this Veigar is a walking bomb, with the items you have he's a tank without wheels. Also, even with cooldown reduction, he's got big cooldowns, making Archangel Staff a waste. I can see you using two effectively, but really...not much spell pen, lower movement speed, little to no defenses, this Veigar is a glass cannon...scratch that, a glass oil drum.

This is stupid to maximize the effect of archangel staff you need to spam your skills, no way your going to max the effect of that and no boots lol...

In what order would you recommend getting the items? First a tear, then lots of blasting wands?
