First you go on wraiths because they are most fragile.
The second minion on your jungle is Ancient Golem you need his aura to decreases the cooldown of your consume.
After Ancient Golem you go in Lizard Elder is easy kill he with nunu (When you have Consume skill in level 2 or 3).
When you have Hextech Revolver you can pass to one most hardly minion the Dragon now you can solo he (Or no, if you no can solo tell for help of the team. 1 or more friends)

WARNING!
If have a other jungler on the enemie team take his blue aura (This end with his jungle)

Will Of The Ancients to Nunu is good, and for the team.
Hextech Revolver is good because you can continue your jungle in Dragon and kill he soling (Or no). Remember one jungler can't die, if he die your jungle end.

Never forget that when you are playing on Ranked you need tell from your team the help, the enemie team go end with your jungle (The enemie team go gank in you, because it tell from your friends to protect you in your jungle). If they gank with sucess your jungle end because they kill your ancient golem and kill their ancient golem too.
