You might want to consider republishing. As I described in my Ten Commandments of Writing a Guide,

I approve of the cheat sheet. The masteries especially are good. However I have to downvote this because it's unfinished (and extremely unfinished I may add).

You can situationally max E first if you're laning with carries who don't really need the W buff, such as (especially) .
