Exhaust Or Flash
Use exhaust at the start of any early 1v1's to win in most cases unwinnable battles. It also can be used for early invades to slow and force laners to use flash. This along with giving your team more of an advantage in those early invade team fights can get your snowball rolling before your even lvl 2. Also lower cool down than flash as well as a combat ability.

If you wanna flee from dangerous situations you shouldn't have gotten into in the first place, Sure take flash. But Phase Rush should let you escape towers, enemy's, and early invades that you cant win because you didn't take exhaust.
Boots only stall your early Rod Of Ages. The movement speed you get from scuttle, ally champs, wind map, waterwalking/celerity, Approach velocity, and Call Of Frejlord, should be plenty for your ganks and movement around the map. Don't forget that you also have Phase Rush and slows from E and R so don't worry about keeping up with kiting adc's.

Now on to the main part of this build, ROA + Stoneplate

ROA gives an extra 200 health for the Stoneplate active to double (if 3 enemy's are not near you your not doing your job) so instead of the 300hp from hex belt doubled to 600 when stone active, Its now 1000. Now the enemy team have 400 more health to chunk with 40 bonus armor and mr to protect it. You are unkillable for 4 sec and now they wasted all there abilty"s on you causing you to win the team fight.

Warmogs more health, Visage Q heal.
PS: also all this health has a 15% increased from Cinderhulk.
The stop watch cuts of another 650 from the Stoneplate making the synergy come even faster. Phase rush lets you dive turrets and chase ganks more effectively. Its replaces the boot mobility (but even better) and lets you escape risky plays and fights. Also Approach Velocity + Call of Frejlord lets you stay attached to speedy laners so you can root with E to ensure the kill.
