Going back and shoping, then back get the buffs and make some ganks.
Skill Sequence
Recekless swing max it 2nd ---- Awsome true damage
Viciuos strike 3rd ---- i taking it 1st skill because i am starting from blue golem, if u using other routine u shoud take first undertown. (this skill is good in jungle)
But it's your choice.
