For thouse how think heal is pointles you will need it in this build coz you will have a low health almost all the time and it can save your life
Its good when you can get a cahnce to gank or solo enemy in jungel coz crit will end it quickly and ghost + ult quick escape
Gurdian angel in team fights if the game is very good
