Out of all of your guides, I feel that this one has the least amount of thought, time, and effort behind it. Your itemization and skill sequence is questionable. You do not include any GP10 items even though Olaf immensely benefits from both Philo Stone AND Heart of Gold. Shurelya's is a great item on Olaf and can be seen being bought on many Solo Top Olafs in professional play. Frozen Mallet is for sure better than Trinity Force on him. I also do not see the need for Wriggle's. You probably get it to solve health sustain issues, which Philo Stone would be better for while also helping you scale more efficiently into late game. You left out a CRUCIALLY IMPORTANT fact. You need to activate Vicious Strike BEFORE you hit Reckless Swing! By doing this, you will Spell Vamp off of the True Damage!!! Also, most high Elo competitive players max Undertow first. This may sound surprising but brings many benefits. Sometimes according to the lane match-up it is better to max Reckless Swing first, like against Irelia. But you should take into consideration when to max what and maybe include a section of your guide explaining in what scenarios you can afford to max Reckless Swing first.

Nice build.I must say your Offensive build isn't very good but your Deffensive build still allows you deal alot of damage and stay at high health nearly all the match.Keep going.

Items, k. There is everything good but trinity force, wtf? No, sheen is useless since you have your E, MS is useless since you can be immune to CC. Replace with Maw / GA etc.

Noooow, teleport? Ok, I can understand this very well, because you have your ulti so you don't need any kind of escape, but! Your ulti isn't up everytime you go into lane and after some farming there is a gank. So you should take the ghost.
