Hello im Sasoriox and this is my Olaf guide.
Let me begin by telling you that Olaf is the Might of Lokfar.
This guide will go through the basics of Olaf.

Olaf is a superb Solo top character. he has great sustain and massive early game damage. however he needs to snowball in order to be effective late game.

Olaf's only CC is his Undertow and it is a skillshot slow. It's hard to hit with and you have to spam it inorder to chase people. however, his Reckless swing has EXTREME DAMAGE!

Undertow is Olafs Range slow/poke ability and his main chasing tool. It is very good for harrasment and panic-lasthitting. As long as you have enough mana you can spam it in melee range, and with it you will be able to throw out alot of damage. HOWEVER since you are dependent on your ability to pick it up again you need to know how to throw it. If you simply throw it at max range you won't be able to constantly slow your opponent in a chase and he might slip away.


Vicious Strikes gives olaf AD and Lifesteal for a few seconds. As long as Olaf remains in melee range for its duration he will be PSEUDO-IMORTAL (Dramatic Music)! The AD and Lifesteal scales depending on Olafs maximum HP. So if you get a Frozen Mallet or a Warmog you will hit harder and regain more health. This is you main sustain in top lane.


Reckless Swing is the reason why Olaf is: The King of True Damage Club. He strikes his foes with enough might to break the sound barrier and send a Lightning bolt from the Skies.You will max this Skill by level 9. if you do you will be able to slap you enemy in the face for simply entering the lane EVERY 5TH SECOND. Reckless Swing costs health to cast but if you activate Vicious Strikes you will most of the time be able to regen most of that health in a duel thx to you Sheen/Tri force. You might say "Why isn't Darius the King of True Damage Club? his Ulti has no CD if you kill your enemy." True, but let me put it like this. Olaf can use his Thunderbolt EVERY 5TH SECOND no matter what. And also. by lvl 9 Olaf will deal 340 True damage to his enemy. that is equivelent to what Darius will deal by lvl 16. Darius Ulti can be mostly counterd with Cleanse or Quicksilver sash to halt most of the damage by removing his Bleed Stacks. Olaf will just keep punching you in the face EVERY 5TH SECOND.


Ragnarok + Ghost is why Olaf is Unstopable. Ragnarok makes him immune to CC for several seconds. Combined with Ghost he will run through the entire enemy team, kill the squishy and casually stroll away. Ragnarok is great for Chasing down targets, Escaping Ganks, initiating teamfights and finishing teamfights. Thanks to Ragnarok Olaf wont give a ****. he will simply walk up to the enemy squishy, Thunderbolt thier face EVERY 5TH SECOND and chase them down with axes of doom.
