well i prefer not getting stalkers upgrade on him since really he doesnt benefit from cinderhulk or warrior as much as if he got his botrk earlier.Only real reason why i even upgrade to stalkers is to get the guaranteed target range smite to hit axes easier since they are slowed.
However if you want a consistant tanky build path or a early-game power spike then warrior and cinderhulk is viable, thats why alternate choices section <3
Against AD and typical build is the same since u need heavy armour in both builds against the hyper-carry adc meta now.

"Typical build" and "AD Heavy build" are same. Remove either one of those. Just confusing.

Highly unlikely that you would have both Stalker's Blade and Vampiric Scepter on first back. Even if you would have money for it, you would want to buy shoes and potions instead of Vampiric Scepter. Big mistake! Don't underestimate boots, those are your most important item as a jungler, many even rush mobi-boots first.

And where you forgot your jungle-item, you just bought it but never upgrade it and then it disappears? What?
