Start either red or blue does not matter which, clear then go to the other one.
Make sure you land first Q and the pick it up and continue the CC train otherwise just forget about the gank and go farm jungle if you miss.

Easy win top

Late game

For all team fight as long as your team mates dont need peel and die easy, Run directly onto the enemy adc POP ULT FIRST SO YOU CANT GET CC'D kill them then help the rest of the team out.
