ON HIT IS BACK!
With this on-hit life steal build you are trading high burst damage, for life-steal sustain. This can allow you to split push, however you should group still with your team at times for fights and neutral objectives. You need learn how to poke and heal off minions before going all in a fight. 1st big power spike is when you finish Gunblade. You are weak again when you finish Hurricane, however use it to push waves, and farm up on CS. THIS BUILD HAS A FOCUS ON GETTING A LOT OF CS, MORE THAN AP TEEMO. You might need to use Hurricane to fight in enemy minion waves for added life steal in a fight. Group when needed. This build can split push, however you should not keep pushing Tier 2 top tower because you can. You should take left over jungle farm or neutral objectives.
Build updates and stuff.
-REMOVED BORK, for anti-TANK. The reason I removed it is because if you go strait to the core build, you will still out scale tanks late game. When fighting against tanks, be sure to build full stacks of Wits, and Rageblade when going into a team fight. The high damage output will protect you with life steal.
This build will improve CS for Bronze-PLAT.
4/25- Added Long Sword for better early CS-ing. Get Dorians Ring if you need mana sustain on your next back.
Pro tip with build!!!!
Tip # 1. If against a Flora, Tryndamere, Olaf, AAtrox, or a life-stealing champ, use Executioner's Calling after boots.
Tip # 2. Push hard on the first 2 minion waves to tower. Trade early especially when you get level 2 first. Then ward, and be defensive as the wave pushes back to your tower. Enemy jungler will 95% be heading your way so ward and try not to burn fash. This will waist the junglers time. As a teemo player, you should get used ganks and learn how to waist the junglers time. Start a freeze at your tower if you know how.
Tip # 3. Wave management is very important. Watch videos of how to freeze lane.
Tip # 4. Don't Use STATIKK SHIV! Use Runnans, It's better for this build. Trust me.
The build just worked at Plat 5 level. I didn't need to make any changes, I am now ranked Plat 4 using this build.
UPDATE PLAT 3!!!! WHOHOOO!
UPDATE PLAT 2! now with this build. I'm super pumped this is working as I get higher in ELO. Changing out Nashors for Rageblade seems to be a good fit also.
UPDATE PLAT 1!!!! For some reason the games are getting easier. Everyone is making smart plays. Entered Placements with 56% win rate.
MADE IT TO DIAMOND!!! --As soon after I got Diamond, I feel like I changed the way I play (not for the better), and need to focus on what works, and not be as defensive.
UPDATE D5- Just made it into placements for the first time of D4. I'm getting used to this elo. The build is actually still working, however quick matches make it hard for my build to scale. I am overall still very pleased with this build.
UPDATE DIAMOND 4!: So 3rd time was a charm in placements. How high can this build tame me? 55% win rate.
UPDATE: Adjusting to the Nerf of D-ring, I De-Ranked back to D5. I am going to be testing and tweaking the build to make it more well rounded. Entertaining the idea of using Aery again.
Back to Diamond 5: Learning this new patch meta. So far attempts at scuttle put me in way to much danger so I'm thinking about ignoring it for now, and maybe only try to get it, when its super free.
6/26/18 UPDATE: Playing less rank because Diamond with the new patches are making games way to short, and it not allowing my build to scale. I'm making a smurf to test things, and will jump into ranked on that and see how high I can go. I still think this is a good from bronze-high Plat.
UPDATE: I have been working using Beserks and BORK on my new Smurf account TRICKYMAC. I am raking up on it and will do a full post when I feel I am maxing out the rank level.

How to Carry when you ADC AFK farms.
Advance start build, using the core of this guide. (Testing new section, do
SAFE AP START---AP MAGES, ALL damage AP counter start. DORAN'S RING, 2 Health Pots...
Examples are: Ahri, Annie, Heimer, Gragas, Kayle, Malphite, Malzahar, Mordekaiser, Nunu, Oriana, Rumble, Swain, Syndra, Veigar, Xerath, Yourick, Ziggs, Zoe.
MERCURY'S TREADS, NEGATRON CLOAK-- BILGEWATER CUTLASS(if you can't trade) or HEXTECH REVOLVER (if you can trade and want to go for kills.) Then resume core build finishing HEXTECH GUNBLADE.
(This start allows you to safely farm, with decreasing the odds of getting killed by their ULT. After they blow their ULT)
Anti AD start is more complicated, and the core build should be enough for most cases.
Sion - You will take Ap poke damage at the start. Normal start DORIANS'S RING 2 HEALTH POTS then, MERCURY'S TREADS, BILGEWATER CUTLE***. A good Sion will leave lane once he figures out he can't kill you. (Options-Push hard top lane, Communicate incoming Sion to Bot lane, Take a gamble and TP to join the fight, or go for the Rift Herald - learn how to kite it)

Dorians ring change in 8.9 is nerf to this build. Adding 5 damage to minions will help for CS-ing, and is a welcomed addition. I'm having mana issues, but not that bad.
Rumors of Zeal items increases on PBE is of some concern. Past changes are making this build slighly weaker, such Nerf to Tabis, and increased cost of Rageblade from 3000 to 3300.
