pretty good ill say getting dmg/tank items still work but i guess this is down right tank and nothin else

Decent build but makes you ignorable with tanky items only. I wouldnt use this build.

Constructive Criticism:

1) + Stun > +

2) o.O Not even one level of ?

3) Centring your large icons would give a nice effect. Also, it may just be me, but that fluro text + the more fluro text under it is making my eyes bleed. I literally can't read it or look at it too long.

4) Why wouldn't Phoenix stance pop Banshee's?

5) You say you get a level of Phoenix at level 6, but your skilling order says otherwise.

6) Your Items section is a bit lacklustre. It needs larger icons and colour. But that's only my opinion, some people may think it's neat and orderly :)

7) Half of your Jungling section is in list format by accident. An image of the route would be nice.

8) Use the powers MobaFire gives you:

9) Why is the order of your chapters so weird?

Here's the thing about perserverence. It will also go off buff stats as well.
Also, to both of you, I don't have the point to get maximum buff duration without sacrificing my decreased damage which helps in general.

Something I glossed over in my review Lugi is that Everthing > Perseverance. It works off of base stats and is therefore useless. Longest buff duration would be nice too.
