Orianna: "Why are they running?"
Holy ****, an actual, solid build for her. Very nice, but I suggest getting Morello's even sooner, or not at all. What the tome grants are useful earlygame stats for her so its impact is diminished when you get it so late. Another suggestion is swapping out Morello's for Nashor's Tooth, which is what I'd definitely have to suggest. It's like the perfect earlygame item for her. Attack speed to help proc your passive, Mana regen to keep your mana up, a respectable bit of ability power (in fact only 20 less than Morello's), and a ridiculous amount of CDR. Seriously, it's just that good on her.
