I'll be the first one to comment. Pretty guide you got here but still, here are my questions:
1.

You just say it is a core item but never explain why. This kind of going very fast over things without explaining why(the "why?" question is a question you should always keep in mind while wriing a guide).
2. is good early and mid game but late game, the damage it gives is useless(too little to be observed). has better stats and provides useful CC so you should consider selling and buying .
3. Arrange match-ups in alpabethical order so it's easier to find the opponents.
I am too tired to read all of it, but if you explain all these points, you'll have my upvote.

The thing is that this guide is not finished now. I just write those things down and edit them later again (match-ups and item explanation).
