Decent guide.

Korean build is not effective now, with the passive nerf, it's not effective if you are going to be *Ability* *Basic Attack* *Ability* *Basic Attack*, it will take you for ever to stack black cleaver, you can hit basic attacks only to stack it up but that's not Lucian's Potential

is kind of good but I don't think you should get it for CRIT build, since it doesn't provide any crit stats at all with high cost
The stats seems good though but the downside is that the effect won't be proc-ing more often since you're literally spamming ability a lot and do not proc twice with 's passive; its still awkward to get + in lane
