Well Try him top lane, 100% Critical Strike and Then see what they say after.
The best technique is E- Stun, W- Ice Breaker, Hit them once which will then give them the mastery special then R- Ult if their close to dying otherwise hit them again then when E comes up do it all again and I guarantee Taric will be even better than the other team expected.
