Ok lets start from the begging, flash yes great on most champs. Clarity imo no a waste of a summoner spell, Panth has 2 great choices of items to solve mana issues throughout a game, chalice and manamune and both have their roles for survivability of extra AD. Also having somthing like Exhaust/Ignite is so much more likely to get you the early kills Panth needs. Next up is runes, ArP marks and quints ofcourse however once again imo crit seals and glyphs are not ideal unless you are going to play a crit build which this isent (not to mention crit panth is 9/10 very bad). Masterys are next and they are basic 101 panth build, 21-9-0 is what most panths use so no problems their. Skills order is normally down to prefrence but anyone who maxs out Spear Shot last hasent got the best idea on how Panth is played. Lastly is the item build, boots fine, brut fine, 4 BTs is somthing that i havent seen before. Im sure it works well once you get all 4 BF swords to BTs but untill then you are missing out on somthing that could be so much more isential. The biggest flaw i can see with this build is Survivability, you have none absolute 0. At lvl 18 your gonna have 1999 health, with minimal armour and Magic resist and champion even most thanks will be able to nuke you down before you can even get a full rotation in.

As a side not if your looking for people to support your build and give you feedback then calling them a 'noob' probly isent the best way to go around it.
