ok before you will do any serious damage it will be already over or the game will last for 50mins already.
Tiamat... on Panth??? and you call it even "smart choice"? eeeee
"You can become the farmer or ganker." - you arleady are a superior farmer. 100% crit on last hitting mobs? Heartseeker that takes down whole creep waves? Who needs tiamat and what for?
Its not even a dps panth since you have only 25% AS... you will hit once a year.

No clarity and eventho you pick regrowth pendant as 1st laning item? Philoslopher is a waste if you want some cheap stuff early game a way better choice would be chalice.

i think this spell and Ignite will help u have first blood easier

Early game

This will help u stay longer in lane

Next u need

it's easy to have that

And then u need Berserker's Greaves

to attack faster!

Mid game

Tiamat

is the smart choice !You can become the

farmer or ganker.

I think Tiamat can help u in combat too.

And Frozen Mallet

.Pantheon's weakness

is small amount of HP. Frozen Mallet is good item for Pan. You will have HP and damage.

Tiamat and Frozen Mallet are cheap item. You can easy to have them.

Late game

Pantheon need damage to gank the enemy in late game.The Black Cleaver and The Bloodthirster is best item for Pantheon.
