I tried your guide and i gotta say this feels good :) . One question, why you choose Cosmic Insight instead of Approach Velocity?

First of all, thx a lot for your feedback ! And to answer your question, Approach Velocity is a good "beyond" option but the item haste that Cosmic Insight gives is way too valuable in synergy with Muramana (it allows you to stack your tear a way much faster so that once you buy Manamune you have a lot of AD in early game) and your build in general since you want to apply Muramana and other items passives as many times as possible.
So you can try Approach Velocity (that's not that bad but that's more useful in late game or, in a way to make this build meta you want Varus to be strong enough in early). That's why I would prefer Cosmic Insight.
