A cool thing i learnt while just testing Aurelion in Practice mode is that normal minions that die in the black hole give one stack of star dust. cannon minions give 3. The big jungle monsters give 3 but the small ones like the small wolfs. And dragon and I assume baron and herald give 5 stacks.

EDIT:
I found how many stacks each enemy/full camp gives when they die in the blackhole. (Except super-minions and champs since I forgot about that and I am to lazy right now.)

Minions 1 stack
Cannon minions 3 stacks
Red and Blue buff 3 stacks
Scuttle 3 stacks
Wolfs 5 stacks
Herald 5 stacks
Dragon 5 stacks
Baron 5 stacks
Elder Dragon 5 stacks
Normal minion wave 6 stacks
Raptors 8 stacks
Minion wave with Cannon 9 stacks
Krugs 10 stacks

Krugs do have the most stacks in there camp but are pretty long to clear as you have to wait for there spliting animation and only in late game can you easy kill then all with one cast of blackhole easily.

However Raptors do not have the animation problem and are really easy to kill relative to the stacks of star dust they can potentially give.

The best camp to steal from the enemy jungler is actually Raptors which is very nice since you are mid lane. And if you can take your junglers raptors do it unless there is a minion wave coming as getting the wave is not just 6 stacks its also a lot of gold.
