Patch 25.06 Quick Taric Guide
If you have the stronger laning/early game ADC then you can run Glacial Augment and bait out Pantheon E with your stun. Reset your stun CD by Q'ing or W'ing and auto-attacking the wave; then stun him again while his E has that long CD.
If you have the weaker laning phase ADC: you can run Guardian and then just out-scale to the mid-late game.
It's hard to match Pantheon roams because of the early game damage so following/pinging your Jungler is really the only way to contain him. If your Jungle ignores you or is bad then you just have to take it to 25+ minutes and make sure your team doesn't get caught out of position by a Pantheon ult
