you think she can be a good support? in this case, what build?

with her recent changes a few days ago, does this guide still stands? build wise

I'm sorry but i totally disagree with your control anti tank build.
VS HP stacker and RM stacker this build is not efficient AT ALL.
- you really need sorcer boots
- archangel feels more like a defensive item with so low scaling.

In my opinion and from my testing MEL can be stuffed like a velkoz.
The moste efficient build for anti tank is :

- Black Torch
- Horizon focus
- Liandrys

With this 3 i agree you can go for lucidity boots.

Also you can have a third build (like the good old velkoz) with
- Torch
- Shadowflame
- Rabaddon's

I think you might consider this change in your guide with recent nerfs Archangel is a bit too slow.
It's only worth in some assassin or heavy AD / pusher matchup like if you face a velkoz for exemple.
