Phanteon for me is a great hero, if you know use it at the right time. he is a good farmer, good ganker, towerdive passive, early annoying Q, and OP dmg ult. sorry if you cant understand my english is really bad.

Pros:

- Burst early dmg
- survivability
- combo W + E = CC + good DMG
- can gank a lot with R
- towerdive
- fun to play

Cons:

- not spell escape natural
- if feeded, they will focus you
- ult really hard to hit

At lvl 1 farm with last hit and your Q, when u reach lvl 8 u can farm with E. but the most important is u get last hit in all minions you can.

For the Runes i take, Armor Penetration, Defense, Magic Defense and More Armor Penetration.

Why? armor penetration give you a boost in dmg, magic defense and defense give you a more survavibility.

Exhaust: For me one of the most important Summoner Spells for phanteon, you use this to Gank, Secure Kills and run of the Carry AD.
Ghost: Can Gank, Flee. pass by minions, Secure Kills. so perfect
Flash: Can use 2, i particulary dont like this, but is a good tool for gank, and flash by walls for run.
Teleport: If you like to destroy the towers and dont waste your ult for that, this is a good choice.

In Duo lane, you and your partner can combine your powers, you use Q, wait your partner be ready, use W + E, your partner finish hin. in Teamfights, try stay away from center of the battle, wait the right time and get then with your combo Q + W + E, try focus the Carry Ad or the more Squishy from then. Use your ult for 3 things, Get anyone escape, protect the towers, and destroy the towers alone.
