Even though Twisted Fate already has a skill that stuns or slows the enemy having "exhaust" is a huge help hunting down an enemy or escaping.
And "flash" is really helpfull to chase down any "ghost" user that runs away your range to cast "exhaust" or your yellow or red card at "pick a card".

Since This build consist in a Twisted fate that is a dps but most as a atack power instead of being a AP TF "wild cards" would be the last skill to waste skill points.
having "stacked deck" maxed is the main priority for this one since the extra damage is a huge help.
"pick a card" for eventual slow and stun the enemy, and destiny to end with low life champions that are away from reach even for "flash" and "exhaust" or in case of gank to desapear as fast as possible.

Starting with high atack speed rate items are a good start but also having life steal is important right after buying the berserk greaves, get the vampiric scepter.
the sword of the divine is a good choice for TF since it increases its atack speed and has its passive ability that meets the "stacked deck" effect to every fourth hit the enemy champion will receive a lot of damage in a single blow.
phantom dancer again for more atack speed and movement speed so latter on you wont need to worry about using your summoner spells.
bloodthirster for and increase in your life steal and for a increase in your atack power
the black cleaver for even more damage and atack speed.
and to finish frozen mallet for and extra slow and damage, but it also help on the life spam of your TF since it gives your TF extra life making it more resistent and lasting longer them the usual
