Would this rune config work:
9 magic penetration marks
9 scaling health seals
9 scaling ap glyphs
9 scaling cdr quints
I'm kind of on a budget with my ip so I want to minimize the amount of runes I have to buy.
well 9 quints would be great, but personally i would rather go for AP quints instead of CDR, as u have morello and mastries with cdr (20 + 15% i believe)
