dominion is all about capping and be able hold down 3 spots while bursting your opponent quick. Movement speed plays alot to this with poppy's w helps so much for running across map tied in with ghost easy to get across map in no time

this is a straight forward build getting best of alot of things poppy needs to excel in dominion attack speed,attack damage ,ability power ,spell vamp,life steal and burst and able to solo anyone and yes even a good jax or tryn or yi

now I no i didn't go into alot of detail but making sure to use your ulti on something who doesn't do alot of damage like o the tank or even if your gonna tower dive pop it on someone wreck the other person then focus the person you ultied

Basic Item Build = trinity force --> beserker boots --> sanguine blade ---> bilgwater cutlass ---> phantom dancer ---> hextech gunblade ---> rage blade

other items that i would get if they are heavy magic(AP) would be wits end and if they are building tanky get starks fervor or Last whisper
