To keep on lane along time in the beginning you must buy Lifesteal becuase that are real good with his passive. Then you need speed, attack speed and there berserker. When you have a little speed you need more but also ad and there are black clever just perfect. Then just follow the guide. When your item list are full so sell emblem of valour and buy Frozen mallet, or if they got real high ap champs buy Banshee's Veil.

Skill sequnce: Unspeakable horror is great when you want fb becuase it hit's your enemy out for some seconds and you will have a great advantage.

Shroud of darknes are good as second just becuse you get 20% attack speed and that's good when you got lifesteal.

Third choice are Duskbringer and there after just go so long as you can with unspeakable horror and you will be great!
