To be honest riven is really weak after Nerf.
And if you still wanna play her I think this is the best runes you can take right now.

Pros / Cons

Pros

+ High Mobility
+ High Burst Damage
+ Fun to play

Riven has so much mobility that you might even escape a gank.
She is really good at one shot.
(If you can put that is....)
People say riven is hard to play but once you learn how to play, it's really fun.

Cons

- Hard to master
- Lots of counter

As I said on Pros it's really hard to master riven.
And there is a lof of counter for her right now....(Orn,Urgot, etc)
