Hope this guide helps you build your Annie better in Ranked games as you have to be good also to use this sort of build and have a high amount of experience. This is probably the best LoL Ranked Build you can use. Even in normal games if you wish.

This build focuses on purely output damage and getting early kills to dominate through out the whole game.

Why level Incinerate first before Disintegrate?
With Incinerate you can easily farm the 3 mage minions at level 7 with ease making farming alot easier making her a monster farmer with the help of the Needlessly Large Rod which you should have farmed by then. If not you can still farm with alittle micro =).
