from my personal expirience, they never get a chance to get close and even if they do i take at least two of them with me before going down. it all comes down to smart play and good positioning. No guide can teach you this. you just need to practice :)

dude if you get no survival items, people will focus you down so hard in higher elo. Maybe im wrong but thats just my first thoughts

E overrated huh? beech please. i win my lane every time. nobody expects my lazer inqisiton (bad pun intended). Q may be good at start but if you max E and then immediaitely get the augment, there is no stoping you. also i played quite a lot with the RoA build but now i can safely say that in comparison - it sucks. if you get AP and CDR and you position yourself corectly, you never need to take any damage and if you get caught, no 500 Hp will help you. And if we are talking about mana, morello's compleatly solves that problem. and at the start if you have good runes, know how to aim and dodge you will have no problem against any kind of foe.

Myth busters Viktor edition:
Myth : You run out of mana after using your E 3 times
Conclusion : i have never ran out of mana on viktor before lvl 10 and i play him a lot, and i mean A LOT.

You highly Overrate Your E spell...
You will be poked out and you cant farm neither because you will run out of mana right after using E 3 times...
I advise you buying an archangel and a rod of ages instead of those "best items".
Your Q spell is much more dominating than your E.it has higher damage,its easier to land and that shield is kickass
