( The part about the other Mastery is what i actually use for karma so i was getting my builds messed up Ps. i think haunting guise is a pretty good item ;[, and the only reason i don't like lichbane or DFG on lux is cause i kinda play her like xerath you passive can be proc'ed by your ulti so i don't see much need to run in and insta die unless you're team is very confident that they can have a strong enough front guard to protect you and the adc, i do tend to give blue to top gp or yorick a lot so i do like the cdr fast to same my spells.) but yeah i did seem some stupid mistakes and i didn't put any coding in cause i was way to tired lol so i just stuck with simple coding at the time. ill probebly be updating it soon idk though i still like the shield before the Q especialy in a double ap comp.

Not gonna downvote, but as a competitive guide, this is not very in depth. I would take quite a few lux guides over this. Little information, careless mistakes, and nothing particularly useful.

Also, you haven't actually explained anything about Lux or how to play her.

Here's my in-depth reasoning as to why I downvoted your guide.

1. You lose nearly all your kill potential in lane if you don't take Ignite. While Teleport is a great mid to late game spell, just know that going into lane, you will be playing more defensively with greater focus on farm.

2. Clarity doesn't even deserve a section. Please remove it. Surge is more useful.

3. You must have misclicked when putting in your skilling order. You have four points in your Q, and 6 in your W. Unlike a couple people here, I can understand that this was probably a mistake, but I'd advise you fix it as soon as possible.

4. You exceed the cap of 40% cooldown reduction. Past 40% CD Reduction, anymore you buy doesn't give you anything at all. I advise removing the ionian's boots of lucidity from the cheat sheet since they aren't very strong on mages at all. Since you'll be getting Sorcerer's Shoes as your primary boots this way, Haunting Guise isn't so necessary as well. With these changes, you'll be at 39% cooldown reduction with your full build, which will go up to 40% whenever you buy an Elixir of Brilliance or have blue buff.

5. You lack any code in your guide other than changing the color of some words. Try these:

Not levelling Light Binding until so late is like playing with only one hand. Don't sacrifice your utility with some minimum advantage on other spells. Haunting guise pretty useless, no Lich Bane...

This build was... okay.... but there is a much better way to build Lux. Lux shouldn't build much cdr, as all of it should come from deathfire grasp. you do not need to spam your ult. it's useful, but absolutely not necessary. a better build would be to stack dorans rings, get your sorcerers shoes, rush a deathcap or rod of ages (depending on enemy team comp and your how well you're doing) after you've rushed your roa/rabadons, get a ryalis to slow em harder. then a zhonyas for that extra sustain...

This was quite fun to read, but... take Q at lvl1, face it u need sare to counter ganks or land your abilities. then i agree with you shiled is a good option but in mid game your job is to deal as much damage as possible so its better to have it on lvl 1 or 2 max. Morrelo's evil tomb is not a good item, if you're not facing a hard healer on the opposite team, its just much better to go for deathfire or lich bane. and lastly dont buy cdr boots, take cdr glyphs if u want cdr that much, otherway its much better option to take magic resist on glyphs and flat ap on quints, you'll still have 20 ap on lvl1 and will be ale to take much more punishment :D

ps: there is no way you can max 1 spell before level 9 :\ so your skill order is set wrong ><
