He doesnt have way too much AS, he only has 85% on items. That with his 100% from Ambush is ALL he needs. There are champs that go far beyond that. Do your math before you bash...Your a bad twitch Xaioli!
Can't believe I found myself back to this build. But I couldn't help but point out that he is 85% from items. Ambush gives 30-100% attack speed. Spray and Pray gives 40-80% Attack Speed. Get where I'm getting at? Oh well, I'm a bad twitch. I did try his build out, didn't work so well. Oh well, life goes on.
The reason your build sucks is because it has WAY too much attack speed and not enough damage.
So if I have too much, you having more helps the fact. Gotcha.

[*] - Heal can save your *** if your playing middle (which every twitch should unless their ******ed) against champions like vlad/kog/ryze and other fast burst. I'd like to disagree with you and say that Ignite is better, but trying to reason with you is like talking to a brick wall.
[*] - Armor pen is much cheaper and easy to come by than critical so it is a smarter rune choice.
Of course... Armor Pen is good. Crit happens all the time for me, since the % is decent.
[*] .- Dorans shield is a complete waste of money considering your going to sell it 30min later and it barely gives you a stat boost. Health, you can tank a bit more, health regen gives more staying power, while you harrass the hell out of people

Plus the use effect will save you the mana of using your slow. ( i used to be a n00b and use malady like you but trust me BC is much better try your build before you post it plz) - I use Malady? I never said I use Malady, and that is the worse item in the GAME, imo.
[*]Hopefully your not really as stupid as you make yourself sound... expunge is your only ability that actually does EXTRA DAMAGE if your playing a squishy character like twitch that means YOUR NOT AN INITIATOR! your role is to run in kill 3-4 people and GTFO if you dont have expunge you cant kill anyone.
-Wait, you kill 3-4 people at level one? Geez, you must have some sweet attack speed, and ******ed enemies. I'm talking about Level 1 starting spell. derp.
[*] - Thats why you also have cutlass you sodding n00b. So you take a mana burning slow at level 4, and a practically useless blade. nice.
Anyways maybe you should try playing with your build IN GAME.

Seriously i really dont give a flying **** if n00bs follow my build because ive never lost to another twitch ever and now that no one is using my build i wont have to worry about it.

-First it's Magikarp. Splashing is what my Tiamat does to your team.

Overall: It's a decent build. The runes are good if you get enough crit, which you should get Phantom before Last Whisper. The skill order could be changed a bit. Some items could be changed. Summoner spell could be changed to be more effective. Since you have no defense spells, you should grab some defense in the defense tree and runes. More explanation on playing Twitch?
