2. Strength of Spirit? For what? You don't have mana!
3. Any new Vlad build without Spirit Visage is WRONG build ;D. This item is a dream come true for Vladimir (since last patch).
4. This is optional, but since last "nerf", some item(s) or runes with CD reduction would be helpful for Vlad (especially if you are not using "Intelligence").
