Evelynn dominates most rounds when the right strategy is used and the right decision
is applied.

... basically evelynn works as a back staving champ so
you can build a AP or AD type out of her but i prefer
the AP type of evellyn because it works a lot of times
when encountering a tank type of champion.

... i choose exhaust and flash for my build
First Exhaust can slow down enemy's move speed
and you can add more damage to them by using it
Second Flash can be use for escaping and for kill
Flash can be very helpful when the opponents champ has
Oracle or sight

... Runes are pretty self explanatory. i choose to use runes that gives me a magic penetration
and dodge rate so i got a chance to dodge an enemy's

... Just like on runes try to pick masteries match your AP type of evelynn

... this i take more seriously i follow the correct skill sequence most of
the game.
I also do some changes depending the opponents champion and situations
patient is the key for evelynn success try landing more
attack hate spike at minionsand doing some last hitting on them to gain more gold.
killing a hero take time to do as well so be very careful when landing a hit on enemy's
champ and i prefer a chip shot trick. How to do a chip shot trick??
First try to go to hidden places so the enemy could not notice you
then if a enemy is on sight use shadow walk and approach the enemy try using the
map as well if your ally is near you try using the signal so you can alert them that an
enemy is on sight.
then use ravage on a selected enemy to cause a tremendous damage on them
if the enemy's life goes to nearly death chase him/her
if not fall back and hide again and use the same strategy i a sure you
that this tips can gain you a kill or assist when ganking

Try and get sorcerers shoes + mejais nice and fast then start getting some stacks. You should be moving between lanes ganking where needed and when there is no gank on you should be laning or jungling. Never do nothing! Try grab blue whenever you can, and red if you feel like it, but don't focus too much on it.

Once you get a few kills you will notice a nice increase in your damage. However you are no killing machine yet. Build Lichbane as fast as you can and then your damage really starts to pick up.

If the game isn't going that well or if you have some extra gold then after you get Lichbane grab a Blue elixir. It gives you a really nice boost mid game.

Okay, now you should be pretty unstoppable. As team fights start to happen you should think of yourself like a yoyo. Bouncing in and out of fights to finish people off. Don't be afraid to run into a group of 3 or 4 people to kill one person on 20% and run off again with your ulti. Remember your ulti also recovers your HP when you get a kill. This also makes it an amazing tower diving ability. Champs on low health who have retreated behind their tower to recall are free kills for you.

If someone gets oracle then tell your team to focus them and play a bit more carefully. Just be aware and you shouldn't get into any sticky situations. It's generally a good idea to assume that everyone can always see you. Try feinting when in stealth to see how people react - it can save your life. Keep making them waste 400g on oracle and more on wards and watch as your team gets a significant item advantage. And one more thing Flash is very dependable on this part because you can kill the oracle keeper by using your stealth din use flash and stun him/her and the rest follows.

After you have Lichbane the thing you should do is to get your Rabadon's and By this point you should be pretty fearless. Depending on how fast you got your build you will easily be able to go up to a squishy stood next to their tower. Kill them in like 1 second and walk away again. THAT is when people start saying things like "no skill Eve" - and by then it pretty much is, you can smash your head on the keyboard and rape faces. What they don't think about is all the effort it takes to become unstoppable like that.
