Introduction

Hey guys, and welcome to my first build on Mobafire.com I've decided to take my time and learn how to make the most out of Jungling, i've fuond Rammus is by far the easiest to learn and practice with! If you dont believe me, take a Rammus with no Runes and try my guide (=

This guide is going to cover the Runes, Masteries, Items, Skills, and Summoner Spells needed for a successful Rammus Jungler.

Hope you enjoy!

Runes

For Runes i've been able to narrow down my favorite and most successful Rune build.
Quintessence: 3x Quintessence of Wisdom, +2% Experience/ Per This helps with keeping up with the rest of the game if you accidently fall behind or need to gank.
Glyph's: I go for flat Magic Resistance glyphs to save yourself early game from those damn Veigar's and Lux's.
Mark's: Armor Penetration Mark's are the most sensible to get for the fact you hit the jungle minions even harder, making it even easier to jungle!
Seal's: I prefer half Mana Regen/per 5 and DODGE to save you getting hit and help you jungle longer early game. Yes. Im trying to say Rammus is a Mana *****.

Masteries

Your text to link here...

This is the best i could come up with seeing as most guide's tell you to go down Offense. I realized this is pointless and kind of idiotic to even think about. Here's a tanking / survivability build for Jungling as Rammus. This might even help with some other Junglers too!

Items

[*] Cloth Armor
[*] Health Potion x5
[*] Ninja Tabi <-
[*] Rejuvenation Bead
[*] Warden's Mail
[*] Thornmail <-
[*] Randuin's Omen <-
[*] Spirit Visage
[*] Quicksilver Sash <-
[*] Shurelya's Reverie <-
[*] Force of Nature <-
[*] Warmog's Armor

The "<-" are what i use about 75+% of the time, the other items are also very nice to insert into your build. The problem with tanking and jungling as Rammus is its all dependant on the enemies team, making recommending items damn near impossible. If they have a team with even AP/AD i end up having about 240-260 Armor and about 160-200 Magic Resist and somewhere around 2,800 - 3,500 Health

Skill Sequence

The Skill Sequence i use is W,Q,Q,W,W,E,R,Q,E,E,R,W,Q,W,Q,E,E,R

I never change my skill sequence, i actually have it written down somewhere to make sure i dont forget something important (like taunt, which happens alot)

Summoner Spells

There are really only two viable options...

Smite. (Who the hell Jungle's without Smite...)

And Exhaust. (This is the one i had to think about for a while. You use this ONLY WHEN GANKING, NEVER FOR RUNNING.)

Farming

Rammus is pretty good at farming both creeps and jungle if you can get the creeps to hit you first. Thats why if you want to kill MINIONS you have to go AHEAD of your own minions so their minion will just attack you while your Defensive Curl is up. Also, his Ultimate "Tremor's" Is a very viable thing to waste on killing creeps seeing as it serves damn near no purpose xD

Creeping / Jungling

The route i use is a tad different than most. You can solo Blue at level Two with mine.

Wraiths, dont use smite or your health potion. Only use Defensive Curl and Auto Attacks.
Golems, use Smite and Defensive Curl again, possibly a health potion because they hurt.
Wolves, Power Ball, Defensive Curl, Auto Attacks.
BLUE BUFF. SMITE THE BIG GUY. Power Ball, Defensive Curl, and alternate between the two. Between both being damn near invincible when curl is up and the interrupt Power Ball has, you take almost no damage here.
Now its just kill your jungle, look for ganks, kill their jungle, look for ganks, kill more jungle. TANK THE TOWERS IF THERE's AN AD CHAMP NEAR BY!
