If you're going to go to the trouble of getting a thornmail, I wouldn't suggest buying a frozen heart, as it will ruin the goal of dealing a lot of damage to attackers with your E + W. You even went to the trouble of avoiding the dodge mastery, don't waste all this work by slowing down your attacker's speed!

I would also like to see you do situational builds for teams more magic heavy / ad heavy, because as a tank your build has to be really flexible and completely dependent on the enemy team.

If you want CDR that badly, Shurelya's might even be better than Frozen Heart! >.< But I would say your 6 items excluding Frozen heart are a lot stronger in general, and you are at least getting some CDR from your runes / randuins. Possibly invest in elixir's of brilliance?

the fact that in cons you put "vulnerable to magic/ap" makes me believe you dont even play rammus, or if you do, not even close to right, because hes a tank.. you should absolutely NEVER have a set build for a tank because if the other team IS all magic GET MAGIC RESIST
