when I play with Rammus, mana always ends fast, except when I have blue. but blue does not last all the time and to move quickly with powerball is necessary for gank.

Nice Build but I think you don't need 3 points in meditation because you already have good mana regen with the spirit stone/spirit of the ancient golem.
