I didnt't expect such a big wall of text flying at me. But nevertheless I only took a look at the jungle build and I seem to disagree on your items. Boots of Mobility are **** on Poppy since they kick in way too late. I personally like to get Berserk Greaves, then after that I rush Triforce and get more AS and MS with a Phantom Dancer. After that I just build AD. But builds depend on players.
Now, back to the guide itself. You really need to add more information about how to jungle with Poppy i.e. which route, how to gank and so on.
To the format. You really stuck to the format à la typing and sending. Try to edit the guide with some colors and especially BBCodes. Most of the people won't pay you any attention if your guide doesn't include BBCodes. A good tutorial for this can be found HERE. I hope I could helped you.
