I find that in teamfights, slice and dice is exponentially better than ruthless predator. It has the AoE for teamfights, meanwhile ruthless predator is less so.

i play him similarly but I get slice and dice last
is it that helpful over ruthless predator?
Also usually after sunfire i get last whisper
